Below is a picture of the front of the tour playing shirts that will be given to all members attending this years tour.
Itinerary announced (15th June 2011)
Friday 15th July - Sunday 17th July - As the date draws ever closer, four weeks to this very day we will depart for the "foreign climates" of Reading. Below are is the intinerary planned for the weekend. Your esteemed colleagues of the Council of Geniuses, otherwise known as the committee, have put together the following: Friday
12:00 - Meet outside University of Glamorgan B Block
12:30 - Depart, after checking everyone has their passport.
15:15 - Arrive at Highdown School, Reading, begin minds games towards opposition.
16:30- Start match
18:30- Win match
19:00 - Check in to hotel
20:00 - Head to China Palace all you can eat Chinese (£18.50) & Karaoke Rooms
Saturday
09:00 - Bail several members out of jail for crimes against music
12:30 - Leave for woodland tag
16:00 - Return to hotel
18:30 - Head into Reading
Sunday
11:30 - Check out of hotel
12:00 - Breakfast at a local eatery
13:30 - Depart Reading.

Room Draw for 2011 Tour (7th June 2011)
The room draw for the 2011 Tour to Reading was made yesterday evening by Messrs Ball, Ball and Ball. The draw (which is the best TV seen for some time) can be viewed here. The full Draw reads:

Tour details for 2011 (22nd February 2011)
Friday 15th July - Sunday 17th July - We are travelling “abroad” to the wilds of Reading on Friday 15th July where we will face a team made up of Teachers, and a few ringers I imagine, from Highdown School for a 20 over match starting at around 4pm.
On the Saturday (16th July) we have a choice, organize something as a club or leave ourselves to our own devices and meet up back at the hotel prior to heading out to Reading town centre. We will return home on Sunday 17th July.
The cost of the tour will be £85, this covers:
Travel
Hotel for 2 nights (3 sharing)
Diesel
Tour T-shirt/polo shirt
Deposits of £30 are to be paid at the AGM (Wednesday 30th March 2011) or within a week of the AGM (6th April at the latest). Deposits, as always, are non refundable as they are used to book the hotel, there will again be a substantial reduction for anyone willing to drive the team bus.
